Your team is constantly growing and the number of software tools that they use increases all the time. OptimoRoute’s Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) allows your team to be automatically signed in to OptimoRoute by using their existing credentials from the company’s directory. No more juggling different usernames and passwords – just one smooth login process.

SSO enhances security and simplifies user authentication, allowing employees to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials, improving productivity and user experience.

Simplified login process

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication service that allows users to use one set of login credentials for multiple applications, simplifying credential management.

With SSO, users can be logged into OptimoRoute via their company’s account which is defined in Microsoft AD – without using a specific OptimoRoute username and password.

Increased security

Login is done in high-end trusted sites, which also include advanced features like two-factor authentication (2FA), providing a robust layer of protection for your valuable data. Centralized access control through SSO minimizes security risks associated with multiple credentials.

Boosted productivity

Say goodbye to repeated logins or multiple password resets. OptimoRoute’s SSO feature streamlines the authentication process, allowing you to access OptimoRoute and other integrated applications swiftly. It also allows you to have a better overview and control of all your users, adding or removing access as needed. This translates into increased oversight and better efficiency and productivity for your team.

Seamless integration with existing systems

OptimoRoute’s SSO seamlessly integrates with your existing identity management systems, ensuring a smooth transition and compatibility with your current setup. It’s beneficial for enterprise companies of all industries that use accounts with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) (soon Google directory and others will be supported as well). No need for complicated adjustments – it just works.

In the future, we will also be extending this feature, allowing administrators to manage OptimoRoute access levels for users outside of OptimoRoute, in a company’s central directory.Experience the benefits of streamlined access, enhanced security, improved productivity, and simplified credential management with OptimoRoute’s Single Sign-On feature. SSO is a Custom feature and is available upon request – contact us at support@optimoroute.com to activate it.
