We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates passionate about technology to connect the technical and business worlds and lead the product development efforts at OptimoRoute. You will work with engineering, design, marketing and customer facing teams to lead the launch of new features. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You are self-driven, motivated, communicative and need very little supervision to thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Launch new products features, gather feedback and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and customer facing teams
  • Understand the market, competition and user requirements in depth
  • Gather customer feedback to understand needs and prioritize feature development
  • Develop innovative solutions for customer problems
  • Defining metrics to track and optimize customer onboarding experience
  • Partner with sales team to close strategic customer accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience
    (i.e. driving product vision, creating product roadmaps from conception to launch)
  • Experience developing internet products and technologies 
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Strong technical proficiency, ability to establish credibility with engineers
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with diverse groups of people and accomplish goals without direct authority
